The Head of our Security was formed by Zane Davidson in September 1990.

Here are a few words from Zane about himself and his qualifications: 

After spending 6 years in the US Army, I worked in several nightclubs over the years honing certain skills and developing relationships with people all around me.

I became a Police Officer in 1993 and spent several years acquiring skills in the law enforcement field. During these times I was able to bid on contracts at several places and begin providing Entertainment Security Specialists for those that needed it.

 Eventually I became very well known in my local area and currently work for over a dozen people in the entertainment industry. I no longer work directly in nightclubs, however I do offer training of Nightclub Security to the owners of those establishments to help them prevent liability.

My team members are referred to as ESS which stands for "Entertainment Security Specialists." They are given weekly training in the application of law relating to security, physical training for escorts and removals and training on the utilization of verbal skills to de-escalate situations.

I now have established contracts in the Kansas City area and all over Southwestern MO.

My training includes 18 years of Martial Arts, 3 years of Law Enforcement, 6 years of Military, and 10 years of Nightclub experience, and over 100 concerts. I currently have over 60 hours of college that I have yet to apply to this industry.

My proudest accomplishment is the fact that although I have been involved in over 1000 altercations in my career, I have never been a suspect in any crime, related to security or otherwise, and have never been sued or otherwise punished for any incident, nor have any of the people working for me, while working for me. I have a fantastic relationship with the local law enforcement personnel and work closely with them in all events.

Currently there are a few events that have been very important and I was given the opportunity to provide my services for.
I secured the bid for the provision of the entire staffing of the Fed Cup in Springfield, MO. July 14th - July 22nd 2002. It required over 70 personnel and several weeks of preparation and planning. The USA played the ISRAEL team and all went very well.
Miss USA was another event that I provided several security members for and was directly involved with.
Snoop Dawg and Nelly were two of the larger entertainers I have had the pleasure to work with and provide services to.
